The Role: Business Development Representative


Location: New Hampshire
Report to: Vice President of Client Services
Status: Full-Time
The Outbound Business Development Representative is crucial to growing our business. The focus of this position is developing and closing qualified Facility Accounts (ICP) through our sales process by cold calling, referral network nurturing, partner channel development, and managing marketing and social media programs.

We are looking for salespeople who have a natural inclination for selling and excel in a competitive, merit-based environment to manage accounts and skyrocket customer growth. If you have a consultative approach to selling, experience pitching sales to any audience, and promoting great client relationships — this job is for you.
The outbound sales process requires salespeople to reach out to prospects in the form of cold calls, emails, or social networks who are unaware of MAS Medical. While prospects might be adverse to cold outreach, our process allows salespeople to personalize their outreach from the first touchpoint that drive higher engagement and better outcomes.
The inbound sales process is directed toward prospects who have shown interest in our product or service by reaching out to MAS Medical Staffing or a salesperson via phone call, email, or request for additional information. Since contact has already been made, sales reps begin making warm or hot outreaches.

Responsibilities
  • Focus on consultative new business relationships within our Ideal Customer Profile
  • Use persona based selling techniques
  • Sell across our product and service offering (Per Diem, travel, and Block Booking)
  • Inbound and Outbound Prospecting
  • Build, maintain and maximize the throughput of your pipeline.
  • Account mapping / planning
  • Guide prospects through the buying journey to become signed clients
  • Hold intelligent and engaging conversations over the phone and email and web conferences
  • Understanding our unique customer and interacting with empathy.
Requirements
  • Proven business development success through effective use of core sales tools: HubSpot CRM, LinkedIn, Microsoft Office, or similar
  • The capability of understanding customer pain points, requirements and correlating potential business to value that MAS Medical can provide
  • Strong and professional communication skills - written, verbal, presentation
  • Aptitude to manage numerous requests and time demands concurrently while achieving production goals from assigned territory or set of accounts
  • Promote a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables.
  • Act without being told what to do.
  • Bring new ideas to the company
  • Contribute fully to the team effort and plays an integral part in the smooth running of teams without necessarily taking the lead
  • Fluency in English and excellent phone skills
  • College Degree BA/BS degree or HS + relevant experience
